Our Leadership
Karl Djordjevic is our founder, owner, and the final say on each and every job. At 16, Karl started as a laborer while going through Army basic training. While working part-time and completing Army medic school, he made foreman in 1995 and had the opportunity to become a partner for the company he worked for. In 1997, at the age of 22, Karl bought out all other partners and became the owner and founder under the new name of PCCI. Since then, he has built the company and the team into the multi-county, successful, large-scale corporation that it is today. Karl is supported and inspired by his wife, Jamie, and his two children.
